Trailer Park Yogi

When people hear words like spirituality it can bring to mind certain types of images or ideas of what that looks like. Maybe the image comes to mind of a yoga pants wearing, green juice drinking, size zero person who meditates 6 hours a day and can bend themselves in half while holding a crystal in one hand and a sage bundle in the other.

That's all well and good but that is not what it looks like for everyone . Trailer park yogi's goal is to show through the telling of her own as well as others life experiences and stories that Spirituality can be raw and real and conveyed with humor and the occasional F bomb!
